By stimulating these acupuncture points, the practice aims to restore the flow of qi, alleviate pain, improve physical and emotional well-being, and address various health conditions. It is often used to treat common ailments such as chronic pain, headaches, stress, and digestive issues, among others. Although it is rooted in ancient practices, it can be successfully integrated into modern healthcare approaches.
